Noémie
From old Merlot manually harvested, the cuvée Noémie is vinified in small tanks of 30 hl to offer when the tasting comes, a wine powerful and round, with a tender and tasty final.
A dark red robe ornamented with orange highlights. Black fruit aromas of ripened, toast and vanilla. A full and generous flesh leaves an impression of roundness. And long vanilla final. A wine "pleasure" which suited perfectly with your meal from aperitif to cheese.
Serving temperature 18 ° C.
75 % Merlot - 25 % Cabernet-Sauvignon.
12 months ageing in barrel.
